Animal Medical Center recommends regular exams and cleaning from a qualified veterinarian beginning when your pets are young. We use progressive, safe ultrasonic scalers to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Our dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup.

Neglected dental health can lead to the loss of teeth, abscesses, and the development of periodontal/gum disease. Left untreated, periodontal disease can have severe consequences on your pet’s overall health including an increased risk of organ damage, eye issues, jaw fractures, and oral cancer.
