Troy Majure, DVM

Dr. Majure has provided veterinary services to pets in the Jackson and Clinton areas of Mississippi for more than 40 years. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 1966 with a Bachelor Degree in Animal Science, and he earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1970.

Dr. Majure served in the U. S. Army for two years during the Vietnam era, and was with the U. S. Army Veterinary Corps for three years. He has been with Animal Medical Center in Jackson since 1989 and was with a clinic in Clinton prior to that. Dr. Majure has extensive experience with large animal services, emergency clinic work, and mission work.
